Great location, but a bit rough around the edges

I stayed 11 nights in a Double Room. The location is awesome, real close to Union Market with all the cool street art. The staff did a nice job keeping things clean, but the place lacked basic stuff. No kettle in the room and the microwaves in the lobby were kinda gross. Not the best vibe outside either.

I enjoyed my stay with clean rooms and the super short walk to the metro, making it easy to explore attractions like the National Gallery of Art and the United States Botanic Garden, both just a few kilometers away. the staff were friendly and helpful, too. Since I was traveling solo, the free parking right outside was a great perk for a weekend getaway.

The room was spotlessly clean and super cozy I loved the convenient nearby dining options and how quick it was to reach the metro. Every staff member I met was genuinely cute and full of helpful tips for exploring the area!
